This participatory workshop will weave together creative arts, playful prompts and tools from transformational coaching that support deep reflection, collaboration and possibility. Together, we will take a look at the roadblocks and pitfalls of self-care and explore ways to avoid burnout, manage stress, keep a balanced life and create space for joy.
